Refund Policy
We always want you to be happy with your purchases from TeamRCIA. If you are not, we’d be glad to refund your money.
Books in resellable condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, not including return shipping costs. TeamRCIA will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
We will refund the purchase price of any downloadable items within 14 days of purchase. We trust that you will delete all files and passwords from your computer when the refund is processed.
For Premium and All-Access Memberships, we will gladly refund your membership fee and cancel your membership within the first month of the start or renewal of your membership. If you would like to transfer your membership to another person, please contact Nick or please leave a message at 408-728-8843.
We will refund the registration fee of any online course within 10 days of purchase.

If you purchased books, please allow 7-14 days for shipping. If you purchased an electronic file, please click the download link in your receipt to access your files.
